Meet Karen Wagner

We are happy to announce that Karen Wagner has returned to Davis, Upton & Palumbo, LLC. Karen left in 2016 for a position doing defense litigation. Now Karen has returned as an associate and we are glad to have her back!  Karen will be working in our Annapolis offices.

Karen Wagner was born in Buffalo, New York, and attended the State University of New York at Geneseo, where she obtained a B.A. in Political Science in December, 2010. Thereafter, she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina and attended the Charlotte School of Law. She earned her juris doctorate in May of 2014. Karen completed a judicial clerkship with The Honorable E. Gregory Wells of the Circuit Court for Calvert County, Maryland.
